I want to work on a team that does ongoing projects, where I would sometimes be called on to provide clarifying conversations, but I'd be asked to help analyze things and build out systems/projects. The things that come out in conversation would be put into action and I'd get real world experience building them out. Not just strategy, theoretical, but practical - because there are patterns in the imperfections of practicality.
